Join the inaugural cohort of the LexisNexis Legal & Professional General Management Leadership Development Program (GMLDP), the company's primary development program for future General Managers, Business Unit Leaders, Operational Leaders, and Strategy Leaders.
As part of the inaugural cohort of General Management Associates, you'll work directly with senior executives on go-to-market strategy, growth initiatives, M&A opportunities, AI-driven business challenges, and other priorities influencing the future of the business. The goal isn't to observe leaders at work. It's to build the breadth of experience needed to become one. This structured two-year program features three rotational assignments designed to help you grow through meaningful business challenges while developing the leadership capabilities and business acumen needed for future leadership roles.

As a General Management Associate, you'll be paired with a C-suite mentor and sponsor and supported by a dedicated HR Leadership Partner (HRLP). Throughout the program, you'll receive structured feedback, leadership coaching, and professional development opportunities.
You'll participate in executive roundtables, CEO sessions, leadership discussions, networking events, formal learning experiences, and on-the-job development opportunities designed to help you grow your business and leadership capabilities.
This is a hybrid role, with associates expected to work from a dedicated LexisNexis office 2 to 3 days per week. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.

$136,100 - $252,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $163,300 - $303,300. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
