Hy-Vee in Rochester, MN is seeking a General Merchandise Assistant Department Manager to lead the General Merchandise department, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will help with product selection, pricing, merchandising, and daily store operations.

Responsibilities include hiring and training teammates, handling customer questions and complaints, managing inventory, and maintaining department standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience supervising and training staff preferred.
