Hy-Vee Inc. is hiring a GM Department Manager for General Merchandise. The role oversees department standards for customer service, staff relations, cleanliness, and profitability, coordinating procurement and pricing to deliver quality products at competitive prices.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate department employees, schedule weekly plans, manage displays and promotions, and ensure accurate inventory. Strong customer focus and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in department management is advantageous.
