Hy-Vee is seeking a GM Department Manager for the General Merchandise department. You will oversee customer service, staffing, inventory, pricing, and merchandising to drive department profitability and store success.

You will lead and develop department employees, coordinate schedules, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a 50 lb lift capability and hands-on supervision in-store.

Competenze

• High school diploma and 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain department standards.
• Experience with inventory, pricing, and customer service processes.
