We are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience by maintaining product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage. Our team handles inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional signing for all General Merchandise areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. We also support fulfillment through pick, pack, and ship processes.

Working as a General Merchandise Expert offers diverse responsibilities, including:

• Creating a welcoming environment by greeting guests authentically
• Understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Engaging genuinely with guests to support their needs
• Being knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
• Ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, signed, and accurately priced
