ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product placement, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage on the sales floor. This team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing across all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, ensuring freshness and food safety. They also support efficient delivery through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and supporting a guest-first culture
• Experience in retail fundamentals such as sales trends, inventory management, and process improvements
• Ability to execute daily tasks aligned with business priorities and sales goals

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
• Understanding guest needs and offering assistance
• Engaging with guests to enhance their shopping experience
• Maintaining knowledge of store tools, products, and services
• Ensuring sales floor is zoned, stocked, signed, and priced correctly
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signage processes
• Supporting inventory accuracy and operational procedures
• Operating power equipment safely (if certified)
• Following safety policies and promoting a culture of safety and ethics
• Supporting guest services like cashiering and digital fulfillment
