About General Merchandise

Role Expectations

As a General Merchandise Expert, your typical day involves:

• Greeting guests warmly and assisting based on body language and verbal cues
• Engaging with guests to understand their needs and providing knowledgeable support
• Maintaining product signage, pricing, and stock levels
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Supporting operational procedures like planograms and inventory accuracy
• Following safety protocols and operating equipment safely
• Supporting guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment
• Performing other duties as needed
