ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

We are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent experience for our guests by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage. The team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. We also focus on efficient delivery through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

As a General Merchandise Expert, you will support guest service, inventory management, and operational processes, contributing to a positive shopping experience and store efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests authentically.
• Observe guest cues to offer assistance or interaction.
• Engage with guests to understand and meet their needs.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively.
• Ensure GM areas are properly zoned, stocked, signed, and priced.
• Execute inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and presentation standards.
• Follow safety procedures, operate equipment safely, and support guest services including digital fulfillment and cashier duties.
• Support the team with other duties as needed.
