About the Role

The General Merchandise and Food Sales team ensures a consistent guest experience through inventory management, product presentation, pricing, and promotional signing. This role involves supporting Food & Beverage and Food Service areas, providing a fresh and food-safe experience, and fulfilling online orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist based on body language and verbal cues.
• Maintain knowledge of store tools, products, and services to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure sales floor is well-zoned, stocked, signed, and priced.
• Support inbound, replenishment, and signing processes.
• Follow operational procedures, including planogram and inventory accuracy.
• Operate power equipment if certified.
• Follow safety and ethical standards at all times.
• Assist with guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a lively, team-oriented environment.
• Passionate about providing excellent guest service.
• Interest in stocking, setting, and selling products.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
