All About General Merchandise

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, pricing, and signage. This team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across all GM areas, including Food & Beverage, providing a fresh and safe experience. They also support fulfillment processes like pick, pack, and ship.

The role offers opportunities to build skills in guest service, inventory management, process improvement, and teamwork. No two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and providing assistance tailored to their needs.
• Maintaining product presentation, signage, and stock levels.
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signing processes.
• Understanding operational procedures impacting inventory and sales.
• Following safety and ethical standards.

What We Are Looking For
