About General Merchandise

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience through product presentation, inventory accuracy, and promotional signage. This team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, and food services for all GM areas, including Food & Beverage.

The role offers opportunities to develop skills in guest service, sales trends, inventory management, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for guests through genuine interactions
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Maintain product signage, pricing, and stock levels
• Support inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Operate equipment safely and follow operational procedures
• Follow safety policies and promote a culture of safety and ethics
• Support guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Passion for delivering excellent guest service
• Interest in stocking, setting, and selling products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially on weekends
