About the Role:

The General Merchandise and Food Sales team ensures a consistent guest experience through product presentation, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. This includes leading inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional activities for all GM areas, as well as Food & Beverage and Food Service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests authentically and assist as needed.
• Understand guest needs through body language and verbal cues.
• Engage with guests to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain knowledge of store tools, products, and services.
• Ensure sales floor is well-stocked, signed, and accurately priced.
• Execute inbound, replenishment, and signing processes efficiently.
• Follow operational procedures, including planogram adherence and inventory accuracy.
• Operate power equipment if certified.
• Support guest services and maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Perform other duties as needed.
