ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Experts of operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience by maintaining product placement, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage. This team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional signing for all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, ensuring a fresh and safe experience. They enable efficient delivery via pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

This role offers opportunities to build skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process improvement. No two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
• Understanding guest needs and assisting accordingly
• Being knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve issues
• Ensuring the sales floor is properly stocked, signed, and priced
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Maintaining operational procedures like planograms and inventory accuracy
• Operating power equipment if certified
• Supporting guest services and maintaining safety and compliance standards
