ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience by managing product placement, stock levels, pricing, and signage. The team handles inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across all store areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, ensuring a fresh and food-safe environment. They also support fulfillment through pick, pack, and ship processes.

The role offers opportunities to build skills in guest service, inventory management, process improvement, and teamwork. No two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and providing assistance based on body language and verbal cues
• Engaging with guests to understand and meet their needs
• Maintaining knowledge of store tools, products, and services to enhance guest experience
• Ensuring sales floor is properly zoned, stocked, signed, and priced
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signage processes accurately
• Following operational procedures like planogram compliance and inventory management
• Operating power equipment safely if certified
• Supporting guest services such as cashiering and digital fulfillment, while adhering to safety and compliance policies
