Role Overview

The General Merchandise Expert supports sales goals, maintains product presentation, assists guests, and executes operational processes such as signing, pricing, and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests authentically, understanding their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of store tools, products, and services to enhance guest experience.

• Execute inbound, replenishment, and signing processes efficiently.
