We are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience through product placement, stock management, pricing, and signage. Our team leads inbound and outbound logistics, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional activities across all store areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, ensuring a fresh and food-safe environment. We also support efficient delivery through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

The role of a General Merchandise Expert offers diverse daily responsibilities, including:

• Creating a welcoming environment by greeting guests authentically
• Understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Engaging with guests to understand and support their needs
• Being knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
• Expressing gratitude to guests and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Maintaining a well-organized sales floor with accurate signage and stock levels
• Executing inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes
• Supporting operational procedures like planograms, product capacities, and inventory management
• Operating power equipment safely if certified
• Following safety, ethical, and compliance policies at all times
• Supporting guest services such as cashiering and digital fulfillment, while adhering to legal regulations
• Performing other duties as needed based on business priorities
