ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage. The team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional signing across all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. They also handle fulfillment tasks such as pick, pack, and ship.

• Support a guest-first culture with excellent guest service fundamentals
• Understand retail fundamentals like sales trends, inventory management, and process improvements
• Support daily workload to meet sales goals and business priorities

Typical Responsibilities

• Greet guests authentically and create a welcoming environment
• Observe and understand guest needs, offering assistance proactively
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
• Ensure sales floor is zoned, stocked, signed, and priced correctly
• Prioritize workload with leadership to support business and guest needs
• Manage inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes
• Maintain inventory accuracy, pricing, and presentation standards
• Operate power equipment only if certified
• Follow safety, ethical, and compliance policies
• Support guest services like cashiering and digital fulfillment, adhering to legal requirements
