About General Merchandise

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product placement, stock levels, pricing, and signage. This team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional signing for all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. They also handle fulfillment work like pick, pack, and ship.

Role Overview

The General Merchandise Expert role offers diverse daily responsibilities, including:

• Greeting guests warmly and offering assistance based on body language and verbal cues.
• Engaging with guests to understand their needs and providing knowledgeable support.
• Maintaining the sales floor with accurate signing, pricing, and stock levels.
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signing processes efficiently.
• Following operational procedures and safety guidelines.
• Supporting guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment, while complying with relevant laws.
