Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience through product availability, accurate pricing, and presentation. This team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional signage for all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, ensuring a fresh and food-safe experience. They also support efficient delivery through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and supporting a guest-first culture
• Experience in retail fundamentals like sales trends, inventory management, and process improvements
• Ability to support daily workload to meet sales goals

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and authentically
• Assessing guest needs and offering assistance
• Engaging with guests to understand their needs and providing solutions
• Being knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services
• Ensuring the sales floor is stocked, signed, and accurately priced
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and presentation standards
• Following operational procedures and safety policies
• Supporting guest services like cashiering and digital fulfillment
• Other duties as needed
