ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, pricing, and signage. The team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across store areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing fresh and safe options. They also support fulfillment activities like pick, pack, and ship.

This role offers opportunities to build skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process improvement. No two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
• Understanding guest needs and assisting accordingly
• Staying knowledgeable about store products and services
• Maintaining accurate signage, pricing, and stock levels
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signage processes
• Following operational procedures and safety policies
• Supporting guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment
