Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, pricing, and signage. This team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across all store areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service. They also support efficient fulfillment processes like pick, pack, and ship.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and supporting a guest-first culture
• Experience with retail fundamentals such as sales trends, inventory management, and process improvement
• Ability to execute daily tasks aligned with business priorities and sales goals

Typical Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests authentically
• Observe and understand guest needs through body language and communication
• Engage with guests to understand and meet their needs
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
• Express appreciation to guests and ensure their shopping experience is positive
• Maintain accurate signage, stock levels, and product presentation in your designated areas
• Prioritize workload with leadership support to meet business and guest needs
• Execute inbound, replenishment, and signing processes accurately
• Follow operational procedures, including planogram (POG) compliance and inventory management
• Operate power equipment if certified and follow safety protocols
• Support guest services like cashiering and digital fulfillment while adhering to safety and legal standards
• Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
