Qualifications

• 1-2 years of machine operator experience.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Entry-level computer skills.
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot Leary, Mactron, Alpina, and Pafra glue systems.
• Feeder/Inspector experience preferred. Mechanical experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Adjust glue machinery to fit carton style.
• Maintain machinery speed and troubleshoot malfunctions quickly.
• Supervise crew on gluer machinery and train feeders/inspectors.
• Perform duties of Feeder/Inspector during breaks for ~2 hours daily.
• Maintain maintenance on gluer machinery and perform greasing and belt changes.
• Record quality and production data in SAP and Ignition systems.
• Make labels per customer specs.
• Assist others in troubleshooting problems.
