Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience operating a gluer or completed a formal training program.
• Ability to read and follow job orders and specifications.
• Ability to use measurement tools and gauges accurately.
• Color vision test clearance is required.
• Strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures on the production floor.
• Strong problem-solving and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up the finishing gluer according to carton size and style.
• Monitor glue application and folding to ensure high-quality output.
• Perform line clearance and check for non-conforming materials.
• Set and adjust gluer settings to meet specifications; manage quantity per case.
• Ensure PPE compliance, safety rules, and SQF guidelines are followed.
• Assist in the repair and preventive maintenance of gluers.
