Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) is seeking a Manager of Projects 3 to lead decontamination and decommissioning activities within TA-55. You will manage scope, schedule, resources, costs, and risk while coordinating with engineering, safety, nuclear material management, and installation teams to ensure safe and compliant execution.

Responsibilities include leading personnel, defining execution strategies, and advancing line-item installation projects to support weapons production.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects in regulated environments.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and schedule control abilities.
• Familiarity with safety, security, and quality integration in field operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead integrated project planning, schedules, resources, costs, and risks.
• Coordinate across multiple organizations including engineering, safety, and waste management.
• Ensure ISM principles are applied and work is performed safely and compliantly.
• Oversee personnel management, hiring, onboarding, and performance discussions.
• Define portfolio scope, execution strategies, and monitor deliverables across projects.
