Qualifications

• Technical leadership demonstrated leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects in regulated environments.
• Strong management skills including staffing, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and DOE style project controls.
• Ability to collaborate across programs and manage cross-organizational priorities.
• Proven leadership in personnel management, budgeting, and delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at senior levels.
• Experience developing plans to meet regulatory requirements in sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety, scheduling, and resource oversight for D&D projects within a nuclear facility.
• Coordinate readiness reviews, training, and prerequisites before field execution.
• Oversee shift work, prioritize tasks, and manage multi-team execution across off-normal shifts.
• Track costs, schedules, and risks; report to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead project managers and teams, ensuring compliance and timely closeout of projects.
• Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned across programs.
