Qualifications

• 10+ years of HRBP experience at a high-speed, global technology company with exposure to sales leadership.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, headcount modeling, and strategic workforce planning.
• Fluency in SaaS/tech business models, sales mechanics, and financial levers.

Responsibilities
