Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise seeks a Global Workplace Project Manager to lead capital projects, tenant improvements, and lab buildouts. You will manage budgets, schedules, and risk while coordinating with IT, facilities, and site operations to deliver on ambitious goals.

The ideal candidate has extensive project-management experience in technical facilities, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience managing construction, renovation, tenant improvement, laboratory, or capital projects.
• Experience managing projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.
• Working knowledge of project budgeting, estimating, scheduling, contract administration, change control, risk management, and construction documentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and priorities in an active operating environment.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CCM, LEED, DBIA, or comparable.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple capital projects from prioritizing through occupancy and closeout.
• Develop project charters, execution plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Coordinate all project phases including due diligence, procurement, construction, testing, turnover, and lessons learned.
• Manage tenant improvements including office renovations and space reconfigurations.
• Lead laboratory and technical-space buildouts and ensure integration of building systems.
• Oversee budget, schedule, change management, and contract administration.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Maintain executive updates on progress, financials, schedule, risks, and recovery actions.
