Job summary

The role requires 8-10+ years of program management experience in workplace operations, with a track record of influencing without authority and delivering complex initiatives across regions. Base pay and benefits are highlighted in our pay range.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in program management, workplace operations, or a closely related field.
• Experience managing globally distributed programs with stakeholder alignment across functions and regions.
• Strong systems-thinking and process-design skills to build structure in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across teams and levels.
• Experience developing policies, playbooks, and operational tooling for distributed teams.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with program and project tools such as Airtable or JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs with global scope from inception through ongoing operation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain program-level policies, processes, playbooks, and operating standards.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams ensuring priorities are represented, aligned, and delivered.
• Identify gaps in current program offerings and develop solutions without a predefined playbook.
• Build and scale operational tooling, workflows, and resources to improve team effectiveness and employee experience.
• Develop measurement frameworks and synthesize data to assess performance and inform decisions.
• Support goal-setting, roadmap development, and team ways of working within Workplace Ops.
• Manage vendor relationships and provide direction to program delivery in line with Airbnb standards.
• Serve as a thought partner to Workplace Ops leadership on priorities and capacity.
• Translate complex topics into clear guidance and actionable recommendations across the organization.
