Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Soft Services and Hospitality Leader to support the Bothell, WA WRDM site, enabling an optimal research and development work environment. The role oversees workplace services, IFM, and vendor performance to deliver compliant, efficient operations.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement to enhance the WRDM customer experience across global workplace initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical industry or related field with 4 years of experience supporting facilities management or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver workplace services and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, planning and communication skills to manage vendor performance and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for customer inquiries to improve Work Experience.
• Oversee Integrated Facility Management vendor delivery to meet contract and KPI targets.
• Hold monthly business reviews with service providers and provide KPI reports and escalations.
• Meet WRDM customers quarterly to assess satisfaction and plan service improvements.
• Ensure compliant cGxP aseptic cleaning and data integrity between providers and systems.
• Partner with operations leads to deliver accurate data for reporting and compliance.
• Provide conference solutions including reservations and room usage data analysis.
• Ensure professional AV services support site events and town halls.
• Support QA/AHJ activities related to soft services and vendor audits.
• Lead Workplace Experience strategy to make every office/lab a great place to work.
