Job summary

Pfizer Bothell seeks a Manager, PX, GWE, Soft Services & Hospitality Lead to ensure a high-quality work environment and efficient facilities management across office and lab spaces. The role partners with WRDM, GWE, and vendors to deliver aseptic cleaning, conference services, and occupancy optimization.

The position emphasizes KPI-driven service delivery, quarterly stakeholder engagement, and continuous workplace improvements within a dynamic R&D setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of pharma facilities experience or equivalent.
• Experience building Workplace team performance with a strong customer service mindset.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive Continuous Improvement.
• Operational Excellence: develop/implement/upgrade programs, standards, KPIs for service delivery.
• Vendor Management: optimize outsourcing quality and cost of services.
• Influence: ability to influence at all management levels in a site-based setting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Understand needs of scientific customer base and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be single point of contact for customer inquiries and service scheduling to improve Work Experience.
• Oversee IFM vendor delivery and align with SOW outcomes and KPI goals.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with service providers and report outcomes.
• Engage WRDM stakeholders quarterly to survey satisfaction and adjust SOW/SLA as needed.
• Oversee compliant cGxP aseptic cleaning and quality oversight.
• Ensure Tririga data integrity between providers and admins for MAC and related data.
• Coordinate data reporting for compliance and business needs.
• Provide conference solutions including room reservations and AV support.
• Support QA/Audit activities to ensure compliance across soft services.
• Lead Workplace Experience strategy to make offices/labs great places to work.
