Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/engineering field with 4+ years in pharma facilities or related operations.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and vendor management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and compliance across complex sites.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for workplace services and customer inquiries to improve the Work Experience.
• Oversee IFM vendor delivery, monitor KPIs, and ensure contract scope aligns with service outcomes.
• Lead monthly business reviews with providers and present management reports.
• Collaborate with site leadership to enhance Workplace Experience and compliance programs.
