Job summary

Mythics, Inc. seeks a Global Workforce Manager to optimize consulting talent deployment across all Solution Domains and Delivery teams.

You will lead workforce planning, staff governance, and analytics to align capacity with client demand, maximize utilization and revenue, and improve delivery margins. Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Operations, this role partners with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to forecast workforce supply and demand, minimize bench time, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Staffing & Deployment: Manage weekly staffing with domain and delivery leaders, align consultants to projects by skills, certs, experience, bill rates and performance history, maintain real-time assignment view.
• Bench Management & Workforce Optimization: Monitor roll-offs, plan 7/14/30/45-day bench reduction, align pipeline with resource availability, propose interim assignments to reduce bench time.
• Workforce Planning & Forecasting: Own supply-demand forecast across domains, develop capacity plans, identify gaps and hiring needs, support annual planning and budgeting.
• Workforce Intelligence & Skills Management: Maintain skills profiles, certifications, and dashboards; analyze skills gaps and readiness for staffing and proposals.
• Partner & Staffing Ecosystem Management: Build relationships with staffing firms and partners, manage external resource utilization and governance.
• Global Delivery & Resource Strategy: Advise on onshore/offshore/hybrid models, balance workload and capacity across global teams.
