Job summary

Mythics is seeking a Global Workforce Manager to optimize consulting talent deployment across Solution Domains, Practices, and Delivery teams in a global context. This role drives disciplined workforce planning, staffing governance, and analytics to maximize utilization, revenue attainment, and delivery excellence.

The position reports to the Senior Director, Business Operations within the Delivery & Operations organization, partnering with Delivery Leadership, Solution Domain Leaders,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Professional Services Operations, or related functions.
• Experience with PSA and analytics platforms, including Certinia PSA, Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, or similar.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders through data-driven insights and sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage consolidated supply versus demand forecast across all solution domains and practices.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly workforce capacity plans identifying surpluses, shortages, and hiring requirements.
• Provide workforce planning insights and dashboards to support annual planning and budget development.
• Coordinate staffing governance and escalation of conflicts to ensure optimal utilization and delivery commitments.
