Ultra Clean Technology in Texas is seeking an experienced Workforce Data Analyst to own the development and delivery of global workforce dashboards, reporting solutions, and people insights. You will integrate data from HR, Finance, IT, recruiting, payroll, and other sources to create a connected view of the workforce and drive informed business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, data analytics, statistics, CS or related field.
7+ years in workforce analytics, HR reporting, dashboard development, BI, or related role.
Experience reconciling data from multiple systems to deliver insights.

Responsibilities

Own the design, development, maintenance, and improvement of global workforce dashboards and reporting products.
Translate business requirements into scalable metrics and self-service dashboards for HR, business, and executives.
Perform ad hoc analysis and automate manual reporting processes where possible.
Ensure documentation for definitions, logic, refresh schedules, and processes.
