Job summary

One Federal Solution seeks an experienced Business Data Analytics Specialist to transform complex workforce and business data into actionable insights. You will develop enterprise dashboards, perform workforce analytics, identify trends, automate processes, and provide executive-level reporting to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include building dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, and SharePoint, creating KPIs and reports, and presenting findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of professional experience in business analytics, workforce analytics, data analytics, program analysis, or related field.
• 8+ years in analytical/support activities related to BI, workforce analytics, or organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reports using Tableau, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Develop performance measures and metrics to support strategic decisions.
• Display complex quantitative data clearly for executive leadership.
