Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Risk Management Claims Manager to oversee workers’ compensation claims globally and to produce data-driven reporting that measures the value of the claims oversight program.

The role includes initiating and monitoring claim reporting, cost containment, and coordinating with internal teams to develop disposition strategies and executive level insights.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required or equivalent professional claims training.
• Professional certifications (AIC, ARM, CPCU) preferred.
• Experience adjusting/overseeing workers’ compensation claims.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workers’ compensation and related claims globally.
• Provide technical guidance in investigation, reserving, and disposition of claims.
• Coordinate subpoenas, discovery, and responses with legal teams.
• Develop trends insights and executive reporting with Safety & Security.
• Lead quarterly claims reviews and action planning for optimal resolutions.
• Offer training and guidance to operations and dedicated adjuster units.
