Pure Storage, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Owner for Workday Payroll to lead the strategic roadmap, configuration, and optimization of Workday Payroll across our global operations.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver automated, compliant payroll processes and scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience. You will own payroll integrity, manage complex calculation rules, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with cross-functional teams to stay

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration of Workday Payroll including rules and retroactivity.
• Partnership with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of payroll governance, compliance, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday Payroll roadmap and continuous improvement.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday Payroll functionality including integrations with Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with SOX compliance and statutory regulations.
• Analyze bi-annual Workday releases, resolve edge cases, and build operational dashboards.
