Job summary

World Kinect Corporation seeks an experienced HRIS Payroll Lead with Workday expertise to guide global payroll technology strategy and delivery. You will partner with HR, IT, and finance to optimize Workday Payroll across multiple regions and drive complex HRIS initiatives.

You will lead configurations, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalable solutions while mentoring a growing HRIS team in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Payroll experience in a global environment.
• Deep expertise in Payroll configuration, Integrations, BPM, Security, Reporting, Testing & Release Management, and vendor interfaces.
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture and HR business processes.
• Experience leading complex HRIS projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Integrations.
• Agile experience and Workday certifications are a plus.

We're looking for an experienced HRIS Payroll Lead to join our team and serve as the technical leader for our global Workday Payroll ecosystem. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, optimize, and deliver scalable payroll and HR technology solutions.

What You'll Do

5+ years of Workday Payroll experience in a global environment

Deep expertise in:

• Security
• Reporting

• Third-party payroll vendor interfaces

Strong understanding of Workday architecture and HR business processes

Proven experience leading complex HRIS projects and cross-functional initiatives

Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Integrations is highly valued

Agile experience and Workday certifications are a plus
