Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Global Merchandising Coordinator in our Broomfield, CO team.

The role supports the Global Merchandising group by maintaining data accuracy, managing the global sample process, and coordinating activities across diverse functions to deliver the product line to market. The coordinator will drive seasonal calendars, assist with go-to-market deliverables, and provide cross-functional support to translate line decisions into actionable assortments and reports.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of applicable experience.
• Degree from college or university or equivalent experience preferred.
• Desire to learn about merchandising, product, sales and/or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner of O9 for Global Wholesale Merchandising, ensuring data accuracy and system readiness.
• Coordinate merchandising milestone meetings and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Implement and enforce seasonal calendars and tools for Category Management, Planning, Product, and Operations teams.
• Translate seasonal line decisions into actionable assortments, tools, reporting, and go-to-market deliverables.
• Maintain changes to go-to-market tools, decks, reports, and documentation across global product lines.
• Collaborate with channel leads and merchandising partners to refine wholesale marketplace decisions.
• Support Product Line Tracker with seasonal bookings, forecasts, and product changes.
• Prepare recurring business reports and ad hoc analyses for leadership insights.
