Job summary

DNAM Brands, a family-owned company, seeks an International Wholesale Assistant to support the International Account Manager and coordinate wholesale operations across European and other markets. The role involves liaison with European sales, overseas factories, and internal teams, plus order tracking and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in wholesale, strong communication skills, and fluency in French or Spanish. Experience in fashion/apparel and wholesale accounts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of wholesale sales, account coordination, or wholesale operations experience; fashion/apparel preferred.
• Fluency in French or Spanish required; additional European languages a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the International Account Manager with daily wholesale account management and sales operations.
• Serve as a liaison between the European sales team, international wholesale accounts, overseas factories, and internal departments.
• Track and follow up on international orders, production timelines, shipping updates, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain data for the international wholesale business.
