Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, health promotion, public health, business or psychology).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in wellbeing, benefits, employee experience, Total Rewards, or related HR functions.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise or global wellbeing strategies.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global wellbeing strategy and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Design, implement, and manage global wellbeing programs and initiatives.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and performance against SLAs.
• Partner with Talent COE, Total Rewards, Benefits, and business teams to integrate wellbeing.
• Provide governance, policy frameworks, and governance processes.
• Monitor outcomes and report to executives.
