Zusammenfassung

Amgen seeks a Web Strategist to join Global Content Excellence. You will manage end-to-end website programs, drive CMS and Design System adoption, and ensure scalable, compliant digital experiences across markets.

You will partner with brand, technology, content, analytics, and agency teams to translate business goals into roadmaps, lead releases from planning through hypercare, and embed regulatory, privacy, and accessibility requirements throughout delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading end-to-end digital and website lifecycle projects in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe) and how to manage website roadmaps and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage cross-country initiatives with strong vendor and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and privacy regulations is a plus.

• Portfolio Prioritization: align web initiatives with strategy and resources; define scope and timelines.

• Performance & Improvement: leverage analytics to optimize websites and delivery processes.
