This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, analytics collaboration, and continuous improvement to scale digital experiences across markets.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD or higher with extensive digital/web PM experience preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional web initiatives in regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of CMS, Design Systems, accessibility and privacy.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into tech requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic web programs, advise on CMS and back-end integrations.
• Prioritize web initiatives with stakeholders; define scope and timelines.
• Oversee web delivery from plan through launch and hypercare.
• Govern program health, risks, and regulatory compliance across initiatives.
• Collaborate with analytics to drive website performance improvements.
