Amgen in the United States seeks a Web Strategist to join the Global Content Excellence Team. You will lead end-to-end web initiatives, collaborate with brand, technology, content, and analytics teams, and drive scalable, compliant digital experiences.

The role requires strong program management, Agile experience (SAFe), knowledge of CMS and design systems, and ability to translate business goals into practical roadmaps across markets.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in a relevant field or higher
• Master’s degree with 6+ years digital/web PM experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years digital/web PM experience
• Associate’s degree with 14 years digital/web PM experience
• High school diploma with 16 years digital/web PM experience

Responsibilities

• Strategic Web Program Lead guiding CMS, Design System, and web standards
• Portfolio prioritization and planning across initiatives with stakeholders
• Lead delivery from plan through launch and post-launch support
• Governance, compliance, risk management across web initiatives
• Analyze analytics to drive site improvements and performance
