Job summary

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and based in New York, the Vice President, Global Wealth Marketing will partner with Sales to shape the growth agenda for Cohen & Steers’ global wealth business. This leader brings an independent marketing perspective, combining audience insight, market intelligence and campaign performance data with Sales' client intelligence.

The role encompasses wirehouses, broker-dealers, RIAs, private banks, platforms and financial advisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive B2B/wealth-marketing experience in asset management or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial-advisor/intermediary ecosystems and partner ecosystems.
• Proven ability to translate data and insights into strategy and prioritized actions.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Co-create a growth agenda for global wealth marketing with Sales and business leaders.
• Lead audience profiling, market insights and campaign performance analyses.
• Design and execute integrated programs from awareness to consideration and adoption.
• Apply CRM data and marketing automation to improve targeting and client experience.
• Partner with Sales and business leaders while maintaining an independent marketing perspective.
• Lead and develop marketing team members and manage the budget, agencies and governance.
