Confidential, a leading global asset management firm in New York City, seeks a VP, Global Wealth Marketing to partner with Sales and business leaders to grow the global wealth arm. Based in New York, the role reports to the CMO and shapes growth, audience insights, and campaign strategy across regions.

The role demands a senior marketer with independent perspective, strong leadership, and a track record of driving demand-gen, product adoption and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B, B2B2C, segment or growth-marketing experience in asset management or wealth management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or industry designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the global wealth growth agenda with Sales leaders and translate priorities into audience, markets, journeys and channels.
• Build and refresh a fact-based view of wealth audiences, priority firms, advisor segments and buying dynamics.
• Design and execute integrated marketing programs moving audiences from awareness to consideration and adoption.
• Apply CRM data, marketing automation and personalization to improve relevance and conversion.
• Lead centralized activation through shared Marketing specialists and manage budget, agencies and resources.
