Northern Trust Corp in Chicago seeks a Content Director for Wealth Management Global Sales Enablement to lead strategy, governance, and scalable enablement assets for client-facing teams.

You will translate complex investment capabilities into compelling narratives, partnering with Compliance, Marketing, and Sales to optimize proposals, RFP responses, and digital workflows using Seismic and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or financial services marketing/sales enablement.
• Proven track record building scalable content strategies that drive sales outcomes.
• Experience with enablement platforms (Seismic) and CRM tools (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global content strategy aligned to Wealth Management growth priorities and client segments.
• Develop field-ready content: playbooks, pitch decks, thought leadership for priority themes.
• Lead RFP, proposal, and due-diligence content with centralized repository and governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Investments, Marketing, Trust & Advisory, Banking, and Compliance to differentiate proposals.
• Drive modernization of content management with AI-powered tools and workflows.
