Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Compliance experience.
• Deep knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (SEC, FRB, FCA, PRA, MAS).
• Strong leadership, risk management, and ability to influence regulators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Global Wealth Compliance strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Lead the end-to-end Global Wealth compliance program, including regulatory, conduct, and financial crimes controls.
• Oversee policies, controls, monitoring, and QA across the Wealth business; advise senior leaders on initiatives and new product approvals.
