Job summary

Citi Wealth is seeking a senior Wealth Content Strategy leader to define and drive Citi Wealth’s global content ambition. This Director-level role (C15) reports to the Head of Content Strategy & Client Engagement and will shape how Citi Wealth engages clients and supports advisors.

The Editor-in-Chief will set the editorial agenda, lead a team of Content Strategists, and ensure content differentiates Citi Wealth in a regulated, dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in content strategy or editorial leadership in financial services.
• Deep wealth management and investments subject knowledge.
• Editorial instincts of an Editor-in-Chief: tell great stories and set standards.
• Proven track record leading content teams and elevating work.
• Clear, ambitious view on the future of Wealth content with diplomacy.
• Experience shaping content for advisors or client-facing professionals.
• Experience working in regulated environments while maintaining editorial standards.
• Samples of differentiated work are encouraged with your application.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Citi Wealth's global content strategy across the wealth continuum.
• Lead and develop a team of Content Strategists embedded across Citi Wealth's business lines.
• Translate business insights into content that earns attention and moves clients to act.
• Build appointment-to-view content franchises and identify themes, formats, and voices.
• Align editorial calendars with business priorities with senior leaders across divisions.
• Monitor engagement quality and business impact beyond open rates and impressions.
• Ensure risk management and compliance in editorial decisions.
