The Carlyle Group is seeking an Internal Sales Associate to support a defined geographic territory and drive new investment product sales through telephone outreach to Financial Advisors. The role pairs with the External Regional Specialist and Internal Analyst to service and grow client relationships, gather market data, and update CRM records.

Ideal candidates bring 4–5 years of sales/marketing experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and FINRA licenses or the ability

Competenze

• 4-5 years of Sales/Marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• FINRA licenses or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Make proactive outbound calls to financial advisors to identify prospects and schedule meetings.
• Follow up on incoming leads and support marketing campaigns.
• Serve as first line of defense for client service issues with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate to develop and execute a business plan to maximize territory sales.
• Assist with administrative duties including CRM data entry.
